About the Company:

A leading company in Gurgaon is looking for skilled digital marketing professionals to join our team. We are hiring for three positions: SEO Executive, SMO Executive, and Content Writer.

1. SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for search engines.
• Manage link-building activities and monitor backlink performance.
• Track and analyze website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. SMO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies for brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and post content to drive engagement and traffic.
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and campaign performance.
• Run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Engage with the online community and respond to queries/comments.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and paid ad campaigns.
• Strong creative and content marketing skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

3. Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media.
• Research industry-related topics and generate fresh content ideas.
• Optimize content with relevant keywords for better search rankings.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with the SEO and SMO teams to align content with digital marketing goals.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in content writing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
• Ability to research and write engaging, plagiarism-free content.
