Customer Service Coordinator/ In-charge position of Dy Manager/ Manager
Duties:
1. Meet revenue target
2. Timely submission of monthly NOR bills as per CA
3. Responsible for all customers in their geographical area related to-
(Meter Reading, Billing, Debt. Recovery Management, RMS Complaint Management)
4. Monitoring & Redressal of Complaint as per CA
5. New & Illegal Connection regulation
6. Supervise cash flow activities on daily basis
7. Supervise all CSC employees of the Zonal Office
8. Good interaction with MLA/ Client/ RWA/ Local bodies & consumers
9. Proficiency in MS-Office
Qualification: Graduate & Post Graduate
Experience : 7-12 Years
Location : Nangloi Command Area, New Delhi.
Budget: 10-12 LPA
