Job Summary
We are hiring a Client Relation Management (CRM) Executive to manage and streamline customer communication and relationship management for our clothing manufacturing company. This role is suitable for candidates with basic CRM exposure and strong communication skills. The position focuses on managing customer interactions across multiple platforms, maintaining structured communication, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & CRM Operations
- Manage customer communication through Email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms
- Handle customer interactions on the Gupshup platform
- Manage and operate Freshdesk for customer tickets and support workflows
- Track, update, and maintain customer data and interaction records
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and service requests
- Maintain proper documentation of customer conversations
- Ensure professional, polite, and consistent communication
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when required
Client Coordination
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts, and operations)
- Share order updates, timelines, and status reports with clients
- Follow up on approvals, confirmations, and pending client requirements
- Support smooth execution of client orders through proper coordination
- Build long-term professional relationships with clients through structured communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Basic experience or exposure to CRM tools
- Experience with Email systems, WhatsApp handling, Gupshup, and Freshdesk
- Good computer and data-handling skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Organized, responsible, and process-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company systems and workflows
