Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to assist in handling customer communication for our clothing manufacturing company. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or candidates with limited experience who have good communication skills and a professional attitude. The role focuses on resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth support experience through proper coordination and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
Provide basic information about products, orders, and delivery status
Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and general support requests
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Ensure polite, clear, and professional communication at all times
Escalate issues to seniors when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Basic computer knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
Ability to handle customer conversations patiently and responsibly
Willingness to learn and follow company processes
