Job description

The role is to ideate, create, and edit user-friendly website content, how-to articles, troubleshooting guides, and blogs for the tech domain. Ability to research and write creative content that can generate relevant traffic, educate the readers, and connect with them.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Writing long and short articles in the form of blogs, Website Content, Guest posts, etc., on various topics across the industries.

 Competitor’s Research, creating content strategies, conducting appropriate research for writing.

 Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

 Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications

 Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences

 Ability to organize information into an easy-to-understand hierarchy

 Knowledge of SEO-friendly content Qualifications 

 Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

 Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences

 Write well-researched and keyword-driven content to boost organic traffic

 Produce high-quality blog posts on industry-relevant topics and address user queries in detail

UG: PG: 

• Relevant experience in the same domain

Skills Required:

· Prior experience as a technical writer for a technical, software solution

· Excellent command of the English language both in written & verbal formats

· Quick learner and extraordinary attention to detail

· Creative and critical thinking skills to solve customer problems

· Ability to embrace change, find opportunities, and take initiative

Experience: 2 year - 3 years

Immediate joiners are preferred.
