Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Faridabad. This role requires a distinguished finance professional (CA) with 20–25 years of experience, preferably within manufacturing and listed company environments. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure robust governance, and drive long-term value creation while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across the organization, aligning financial planning with long-term business objectives.
• Lead all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Oversee statutory, regulatory, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
• Manage group consolidation and preparation of financial statements for multi-entity structures.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, internal auditors, regulators, and statutory authorities, ensuring seamless audits and compliance.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
• Implement and strengthen risk management frameworks, internal controls, and governance structures.
• Oversee effective utilization and optimization of SAP ERP systems across finance functions.
• Support M&A, capital structuring, fund management, and investor interactions as required.
• Partner with the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making, performance management, and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20–25 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Mandatory experience in listed companies, with strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Deep exposure to manufacturing sector finance, including costing, margins, capex planning, and working capital management.
• Extensive experience leading and coordinating audits, including statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Proven expertise in group consolidation for multi-entity organizations.
• Strong command of SAP ERP for financial operations, reporting, and analytics.
• Demonstrated excellence in financial strategy, planning, and risk management.
• High level of business acumen, leadership presence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
