Position Summary

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving sustainable growth, and overseeing operations across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will manage diverse product lines and customer segments while multitasking between various projects, partnerships, and markets. The CEO will work closely with the Board, senior leadership, and the BDM team to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and deliver superior value in adhesives and coatings for packaging industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy aligned with industry trends and customer expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple companies and business units, ensuring efficient multitasking and streamlined operations.
• Drive sustainable growth in product lines including:
• Water-based adhesives for flexible packaging.
• Pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesives for tapes and labels.
• End-of-line packaging hot melt solutions.
• Solvent-free and solvent-based adhesives.
• NC, PU, and vinyl inks.
• Water-based heat seal coatings for foil-to-foil sealing.
• Collaborate with the BDM team to manage multiple client relationships, projects, and regions simultaneously while ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery.
• Drive research and development initiatives to innovate and create sustainable, compliant products tailored to diverse market needs.
• Ensure robust operational frameworks that support multitasking across production schedules, partnerships, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability while balancing competing priorities across business lines.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
• Act as a liaison with investors, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and other stakeholders to build credibility and expand market presence.
• Promote best practices in environmental, health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention to build high-performing teams across multiple operational areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA or equivalent leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in the chemical or specialty adhesive industry.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects, clients, and teams across different markets.
• In-depth knowledge of packaging technologies and industrial adhesives.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with hands-on experience in operations and multitasking in complex environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with customer-first orientation.
• Familiarity with global supply chains, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
