Qualification – CA 

Experience- 10 plus year ( Minimum recent 3 to 4 years of experience of managing 6 to 7 Staff ) and candidate should Experience of Working from factory. 

Budget – INR 25 lakhs

JD as below - 

• Financial Accounting:

i) Manage day-to-day factory accounting operations, including handling of general ledger entries, invoices, payments, review of timely MRN and reconciliations. 

ii) Prepare Financials of the Company as per IND AS.

• Tax Compliance: 

i) Oversee GST, TDS, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and send the required GST/ TDS monthly reports to HO. 

ii) Deal with the GST officer in case of GST audits and litigation (HO GST team will support here).

• Accounts Payable: Oversee invoicing, vendor payments, & follow up payment with HO. 

• Audit Support: 

i) Coordinate with internal department  & providing necessary documentation and support to HO required for Statutory audit for each quarter. 

ii) Ensure the timely internal audit is conducted at factory and ensure the observation of internal auditors are resolved on time. 

• MIS – 

i) Prepare factory budget for the quarter/ year. After coordination with each department. 

ii) Also compare budget vs Actual and provide explanation to the factory GM for significant variances. 

• Takes imitative for Accounting package and Atomization of process which will help him and team. 

• Any other commercial work which the factory manager/ GM assigns. 

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.
