Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and driven CA Finance & Accounts professional to join our expanding team in a mid-level, full-time role. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and will be based in Chennai or Gwalior. You will manage and oversee diverse financial processes, assure compliance, and deliver robust financial insights to drive business success.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budgeting (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in developing, managing, and monitoring budgets to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
  • Accounting software proficiency (Mandatory skill): Advanced working knowledge of popular accounting software platforms, ensuring seamless transaction processing and reporting.
  • Analysis: Strong aptitude for interpreting financial data, conducting variance analysis, and providing actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Regulatory compliance: In-depth understanding of applicable financial and tax regulations, and ability to maintain compliance for diverse business operations.
  • Risk Management: Experience evaluating financial risks, recommending mitigation measures, and implementing risk control strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
  • Clear communication and collaboration abilities to interact efficiently with cross-functional teams, management, and clients on finance-related matters.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage budgeting processes, monitor variances, and implement proactive measures for cost control and efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and transaction processing using accounting software.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns, adherence to statutory requirements, and maintenance of up-to-date compliance records.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and propose measures to mitigate identified risks impacting financial performance.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to support audit processes and resolve financial queries.
  • Develop periodic financial analysis, management information, and actionable business insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Support continuous process improvements in accounting workflows and contribute to strategic financial planning initiatives.
