We are seeking a dedicated BPO Telecaller to join our Delhi office. This is a full-time, junior-level position, ideal for freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. The role involves outbound calling, customer engagement, and sales support activities.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products and services.
• Engage customers professionally, provide clear information, and address queries or concerns effectively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Handle customer objections confidently and maintain customer interest.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage long-term engagement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in training sessions to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn outbound calling and sales techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and deliver persuasive sales conversations.
• Target-oriented mindset with good time management skills.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM systems.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow in a BPO environment.
