Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Level BPO Outbound Sales Manager to join our team in West Delhi on a full-time basis. The role involves overseeing outbound sales initiatives, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving organizational sales targets. Ideal candidates will have robust sales experience and a proven track record in outbound BPO environments.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written ability to convey offerings and negotiate with clients (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong background in outbound sales operations with demonstrated ability to drive lead conversion and revenue growth (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team, set clear goals, and monitor team performance effectively (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, fostering a high-performance environment conducive to meeting targets
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software to manage client information and streamline the sales lifecycle efficiently
  • Expertise in generating leads through various outbound channels, ensuring a steady sales pipeline
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting sales training, coaching team members, and sharing best practices for continuous improvement
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including strategies for nurturing client engagement and driving repeat business


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the outbound sales team to achieve and exceed established sales goals through strategic execution
  • Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to maximize lead generation, conversion, and client acquisition
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure skill development and improved productivity
  • Monitor daily sales metrics, analyze team performance, and provide actionable feedback and regular performance reviews
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking prospecting activity, managing client databases, and reporting sales outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and opportunities for business expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, compliance, and advisory to leverage organizational resources for sales success
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and key insights to senior management on a regular basis
