We’re Hiring | BPO Manager – Delhi

We are hiring a mid-level BPO Manager for a Dubai-based company with its operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of relevant experience in BPO operations and a proven track record of managing and leading a team of telecallers. This role focuses on driving outbound calling performance, team productivity, and business growth.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Oversee outbound calling operations, ensuring quality standards, productivity, and process compliance.
  • Monitor KPIs including call quality, conversion ratios, attendance, and individual/team performance.
  • Conduct regular call audits, coaching, and performance review sessions.
  • Handle customer escalations and guide the team in effective objection handling and closures.
  • Coordinate with senior management and Dubai-based stakeholders to implement sales strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards.
  • Identify training requirements and conduct regular skill enhancement sessions.
  • Maintain discipline, motivation, and a high-performance work culture within the team.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in BPO operations with at least 2–3 years in a team management role.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead telecalling / outbound sales teams (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, call monitoring tools, and MIS reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate with international clients or management teams (preferred).
  • Target-driven, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
