JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Mid-Level B2B Digital Marketing professional for a full-time position in Delhi. The role is ideal for candidates with up to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, especially within B2B environments, who are adept at implementing multi-channel online campaigns to support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a B2B Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across leading B2B advertising platforms. You will ensure all campaigns align with performance objectives, drive improvements across all digital touchpoints, and contribute to strategic problem-solving across various B2B user personas.

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across key B2B platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, programmatic platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Help optimize website performance and content to enhance SEO results and boost conversion rates.
• Support the development of strong brand and product messages, ensuring consistent value proposition delivery across all digital channels.
• Assist in executing digital media performance activities including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, testing, analysis, forecasting, and reporting across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), display, email marketing, and SEO.
• Work on developing impactful B2B-focused content to generate high-quality leads and deliver KPIs.
• Optimize search engine and B2B ad campaigns to deliver performance goals, including collaboration with external agencies where necessary.
• Participate in designing and implementing email marketing workflows using marketing automation tools.
• Track, measure, and evaluate KPIs across all marketing channels using performance analytics tools.
• Analyze customer behavior to support effective segmentation, profiling, and B2B targeting strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance performance, share new ideas, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and growth channels through innovative strategies and emerging B2B platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns, mobile app, SaaS, or e-commerce industries.
• Proven experience with major B2B advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
• Experience working in or targeting the Dubai market is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability to analyze large data sets, extract insights, and make performance-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to maximize results—“How to make a $100,000 campaign outperform a $1,000,000 one?”
• Customer-centric approach with decision-making based on user insights.
• Highly analytical in A/B testing, iterative optimization, and pre/post-campaign performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of marketing technologies, automation tools, and performance tracking systems.
• Knowledge of mobile and app marketing is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently with strong attention to detail.
