Job Overview We are seeking a Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team full-time, located in Delhi or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience in air compressors, and the ability to identify new customers and generate enquiries. The role demands excellent cold calling skills to expand our client base within the industrial products sector.


  • Qualifications and Skills Sales experience in air compressors with a proven track record of identifying new customers and generating enquiries (Mandatory skill).
  • Good skills in making cold calls to generate new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Readiness for travel as part of sales requirements to meet potential and current clients.
  • Experience in selling industrial products, particularly in industries like industrial generators or pneumatic valves.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel, to maintain sales records and data management.
  • Possess a strong understanding and experience in industrial product sales, including strategic market planning.
  • Effective communicator to negotiate and close sales deals while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach in generating sales leads and achieving sales targets.


  • Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the designated territory.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals that meet customer specifications and pricing goals.
  • Travel to meet with clients, delivering presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.
  • Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain an accurate record of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
