We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive for our Greater Noida office. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4-6 years of work experience in accounting and finance. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and supporting our broader financial strategy. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting or related fields, with a focus on financial processes.
  • Proficient in preparing and managing tax invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Experience in handling purchase orders, including negotiation and financial analysis.
  • Strong skills in cash management, with an emphasis on optimizing cash flow and liquidity.
  • Understanding of inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management.
  • Ability to handle journal entries, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with managing finished goods, including valuation and cost control.
  • Competence in using tally ERP for financial accounting and reporting.
  • Experience in processing E-way bills and E-invoicing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. (Mandatory skill)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze tax invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage cash flows and optimize financial operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, supporting efficient management and profitability.
  • Accurately manage and record journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations and audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, offering insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all invoicing and billing comply with statutory regulations and business policies.
