Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Blender, demonstrating the ability to model complex 3D assets with attention to detail (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced hands-on experience in Autodesk Maya for modeling, sculpting, and animation workflows (Mandatory skill).
• Strong texturing skills with proven expertise in developing realistic or stylized surfaces and patterns (Mandatory skill).
• Thorough understanding of UV mapping techniques to optimize texture application and asset quality for production.
• Competency in lighting to enhance scene realism, mood, and visual coherence across various digital environments.
• Familiarity with Fusion 360 for modeling, prototyping, and collaborating within multidisciplinary design projects.
• Excellent collaborative abilities to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a commitment to meeting project deadlines and adapting quickly to feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, design, and refine 3D models and assets as per project requirements using Blender, Autodesk Maya, and related tools.
• Develop and apply detailed textures and materials to 3D models ensuring visual fidelity and alignment with project style guidelines.
• Perform effective UV mapping and unwrapping to support high-quality texturing workflows and optimal asset performance.
• Set up and configure lighting for scenes and assets to achieve realistic or creative visual outcomes as directed by art leads.
• Handle asset exports, file management, and version control to ensure project organization and archiving best practices.
• Collaborate with design, animation, and development teams to ensure 3D assets integrate seamlessly with broader project goals.
• Participate in review cycles, incorporating feedback to iterate on models, textures, and visual effects.
• Stay current with industry tools, techniques, and trends, suggesting workflow improvements and innovative solutions where applicable.
