Job Description – L&D Trainer 

We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) trainer to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent

communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people.

Trainer – Minimum requirements

  • 4-5 years of BPO Experience with 6-12 months of experience in training delivery
  • Graduate / 3-year Diploma 3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 5. Excellent presentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, leadership and motivational skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented
  • Feedback and coaching skills
  • Know how of content creation tools like adobe captivate, storyline articulate, go animate etc

Trainer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with assessing training needs for new and existing employees and identifying training activities/systems to address competency gaps, as identified.
  • Scripting and storyboarding based on knowledge of learning theories. Content creation
  • Establish networks and build relationships with internal stakeholders and team members within the organization.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of training programs.
  • Evaluate employees and create learning paths
  • Proficiency of working with LMS
  • Deliver feedback and adopt coaching methodologies for continuous improvement both for people & process
  • Prepare review presentation and participate in client/business reviews
