Job Description & Required Skills:
- Experience in end to end recruitment.
- Hands on experience in sourcing, screening, Interview scheduling, coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Experience in sourcing on various Job Portals. (Linkedin, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
- Preparing reports and handling HRMS.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Negotiation with the candidates and onboard them successfully.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Self motivated and confident.
