Job Description & Required Skills:

• Experience in end to end recruitment.
• Hands on experience in sourcing, screening, Interview scheduling, coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Experience in sourcing on various Job Portals. (Linkedin, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
• Preparing reports and handling HRMS.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Negotiation with the candidates and onboard them successfully.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Self motivated and confident.
