Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary - 15k to 20k

Location - Naraina New Delhi

Immediate Joiners

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Coordinate with Hiring agencies to meet the staffing needs
• Coordinate with different departments to identify hiring needs
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates

Bachelors and Masters in similar field

• 1 year Prior experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field
