Immediate Joiners

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Coordinate with Hiring agencies to meet the staffing needs
Coordinate with different departments to identify hiring needs
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates

Bachelors and Masters in similar field

1 year Prior experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field
