1) Taking care of Field Field Recruitment Executive Process
2) Good Communication skills.
3) Playing a role as Bridge between Client
4) Need to work as key player.
5) Able to close client requirement with in the Timeline.
6) Having a good knowledge about Recruitment Process.
7) Able to handle the escalation part.
8) End to End Recruitment Cycle.
9) Work on project .
