Responsibilities

• Contact new or existing customers to inform them about our Tours.
• Team Handling
• Sales Target Process
• Travel Experience must
• Handling Client related queries and issues.
• Follow Up with new and existing clients.
• Maintaining the database in CRM/Excel.
• Gain quick knowledge of our Products provided by the company.
• Understand the needs of the prospects and guide them accordingly.
• Answer the questions and concerns of New and Existing Clients.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.

Requirements

Strong Communication in English & Marathi

Listening skills to understand the speaker

Should have Microsoft Excel basic knowledge.
