Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable accounting manager to join our team! As an Accounting Manager, you will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. In addition, you will be establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.


Accounting Manager duties and responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and oversee the overall accounting strategy
  • Oversee daily accounting operations
  • Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll)
  • Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, monthly, quarterly, and annual cash management reports, balance sheet reconciliation, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data
  • Regularly produce financial reports or statements
  • Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Perform and oversee annual and all other yearly audits
  • Maintain professional banking relationships
  • Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
  • Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll by payroll service
  • Maintain files and comply with record retention Requirements
  • preparing year-end books for audit
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
  • Process vendor payments and check requests
  • Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
  • Reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.


Accounting Manager requirements and qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience as an Assitant Accounting Manager
  • Computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software preferably SAP B1 and databases
  • Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
