Job brief

We are looking for a Sr. Executive - Finance & Accounts managing the end-to-end finance function of the entity under guidance on Finance Manager. Key tasks include – Day to day accounting, Accounts Payable, Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Finalisation, Compliance management of GST/TDS etc.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day Accounting, Payable Invoices, and its payment within timeline as per PO/Service agreements and necessary internal approvals.
• Fixed Asset accounting
• Journal Accounting
• Payable Accounting
• TDS Return filing
• GST return filing
• GST2A vs Books GST Reconciliation
• Vendor’s Reconciliation
• Good knowledge of Advance Excel and Tally.
• Good speed in keyboard with proper knowledge of typing.  
• Balance Sheet Finalisation, Compliance Management of GST/TDS etc.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (any) and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in ISP industry is preferred.
