Role – Finance & Accounts Manager
- Experience - 4 + Years of experience
- Location – MN, New Delhi
- Working Days – 5.5 Days
- Selection Process: F2F interview at Moti Nagar
- Office Shift Timings: 10- AM – 7 PM
- Salary – 8-9 LPA
Desired Educational/ Professional Qualifications: CA (Inter)/CA (IPCC)/CA Final dropout/CMA (Inter)/CMA/Graduate/Post-graduate.
Nature of Experience mandatory required: MIS and Accounting should be from BPO/KPO industry.
Key Deliverables: Preparation of monthly MIS, Preparation of Budget, Variance analysis, Discussion with stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Prior experience in MIS and budget preparation
- Prior experience in variance analysis between budget and actual
- Good communication and presentation skills Well versed with general accounting Analytical and problem-solving skills Sound knowledge of excel.
