Job brief-
We are looking for a high-performing Zonal Sales Manager (Medical Device) to lead our sales operation across North India. This role demands a sharp commercial mind set, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through well-executed sales strategies and strong team leadership. You’ll be accountable for hitting regional targets, building channel partnerships, optimizing field force performance, and ensuring the zone operates as a profit centre - not just a sales outpost.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Drive zonal revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Executives, and distributors.
- Design and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze regional sales trends, market share, and competitor activity.
- Monitor team performance with clear KPIs and take corrective action where needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to align operations.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and credit policies.
- Expand distribution footprint and identify new market opportunities.
Requirements and skills-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive sales experience.
- Experience in medical device sale is must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Data-driven, with proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM tools, and Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
