Job Role:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided.
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customer’s remains satisfied with company products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain daily records of calls and updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
