Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: ₹6–10 LPA

Experience: 5–10 years in business development/medical device sales

Location: Delhi, U.P, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and market expansion for medical devices/services across the assigned region.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic chains, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, procurement heads, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute region-specific sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide product knowledge, technical support, and training to clients as needed.
  • Handle distributor/partner networks and ensure timely order execution and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale deals or institutional projects, ensuring timely rollout and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM reports, sales documentation, and forecast pipelines regularly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development of medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering on large-scale hospital or institutional projects.
  • Must have successfully executed or led major business development projects in the past.
  • Strong network within the healthcare ecosystem (corporate hospitals, distributors, government tenders, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
