Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab

Experience: 4-6 Years in Medical Device Sales

Salary: ₹4-6 LPA


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales and expand market share for our medical devices portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor tracking.
  • Deliver product training and ongoing customer support to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate with channel partners and distributors to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Resolve customer queries in collaboration with distributor support teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and key decision-makers in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction through distributor coordination.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Drive business growth through key corporate hospitals within the assigned territory.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in medical device sales with a strong track record of performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, products, and sales channels.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and close high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
