Having basic concepts of arbitration case preparation, legal case law provisions

Having good knowledge of tender documents study in line with specifications, drawings, BOQ & Sch A note.

Having knowledge for deep study for tender drawing, quantity estimation

Having basic knowledge for preparations of statement of case pertaining to dispute

To collect the basic data/evidence for disputed case

To manage initial meeting/argument with opposite party/client
