As a CMM Operator, you will be tasked with the operation and programming of Coordinate Measuring Machines to inspect, measure, and validate parts and components. You will work closely with the quality assurance and production teams to ensure all products meet the required standards and specifications. Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform inspections.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.</li><li>Validate the dimensions and alignments of parts or assemblies against specified tolerances.</li><li>Document and report inspection results and deviations.</li><li>Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to resolve any issues.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and process efficiency.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as a CMM Operator or in a similar inspection role.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.</li><li>Good understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T).</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> Skills<ul><li>CMM programming and operation</li><li>Blueprint reading</li><li>Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T)</li><li>Technical drawing interpretation</li><li>CAD software</li><li>Measurement and inspection techniques</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>
