The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

Responsibilities

• She/he has to perform recruitment from sourcing to offer stage.
• Responsible for new employee onboarding process and conduct HR presentation.
• Responsible for drafting and implementing HR polices as per company's vision and mission.
• Handle payroll management in consultation with finance manager
• Initiate Hr employee engagement activates.
• Handle employee grievance and maintain employee records.
• Responsible to conduct survey feedback as & when required.
• Initiate employee exit interview and identify the reason and retain employee.
• Other HR operations and task given by the management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
