About the Job


·      Responsible for the overall functioning and management of the Admission processing department

·      Process Improvement – increase efficiency of daily tasks

·      Oversee day-to-day operation and ensure KPI’s are met

·      Monitor team performance and report on metrics

·      Create and oversee QA reports

·      Developing training plans for all officers

·      Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

·      Develop creative methods to accomplish tasks and encourage creativity in team members as well

·      Review admissions processes and recommend changes as necessary

·      Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture through team building activities

·      Ability to deal with high volume at key periods

·      Ability to prioritize and to meet deadlines
