Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist


Job Description:


As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be pivotal in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services. This role demands a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.


Salary: CTC 2.40 LPA - Up to 6.00 LPA (Fixed Salary) + Attractive Incentive

Location: Ballygunge, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Shift: Day

Experience: 1- 6+ years

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Roles and Responsibilities:


- Conduct daily calls and communications with customers and sales.


- Manage the entire sales process over calls.


- Engage with only hot and enquired leads.


- Demonstrate a keen interest in sales and outbound calling, working towards revenue targets.


- Regularly follow up with new and existing customers.


- Maximize admissions by continuously following up on leads and inquiries.


- Achieve targets and adhere to SOPs on a monthly basis.


- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.


- Intensively follow up with prospects and close sales within the sales cycle.


- Work effectively under the pressure associated with sales.


- Consistently track personal performance while also enhancing team performance.


Preferred Candidate Profile:


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.


- Excellent communication (in ENGLISH and HINDI) and customer service skills.


- Strong sales skills with experience in a similar role.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
