* We are hiring BDM for domestic recruitment.

* Should have good experience in hiring contract staffing business.

* Should have hand on experience in Domestic Staff Augmentation

Coordinating with Recruitment Team to full fill client requirements with monster, Naukri job portals.

* Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.

* Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives & meeting with managers to discuss needs.

* Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

* Market research using various social platforms, competitor mapping, attending exhibitions and conferences to explore potential business relationship opportunities for end to end HR services.

* Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

* Build a team of sales managers to handle day to day activities of key accounts and achieve assigned sales goals

* Note: It’s a remote opportunity, Looking strong experience in C2H, IT sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
