Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior REDHAT PAM Java Developer for a full-time position at our locations in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore Rural. This role requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for utilizing their expertise in Redhat, PAM, and Java to develop, implement, and maintain high-quality IT solutions aligned with client objectives. The position demands high proficiency in OpenShift, Agile Methodologies, and unit testing within an innovative and agile work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Java development emphasizing enterprise-level applications.
• Proven expertise in Redhat technologies with the ability to navigate complex operating environments.
• Proficiency in using Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and methodologies.
• Experience with OpenShift for container applications and cloud-native services.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks to ensure software quality.
• In-depth familiarity with Agile Methodologies to facilitate dynamic project management and iterative processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Implement and manage Redhat technology solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Utilize Privileged Access Management tools to enhance security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications using OpenShift in a seamless manner.
• Conduct regular unit testing to identify defects and enhance application robustness.
• Champion Agile principles, facilitating daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and implement innovative solutions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
