Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a focus on developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience, be passionate about sales, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management principles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, and contractors
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance throughout the sales process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services
