Job Overview


We are hiring a Real Estate Salesperson to join our team at ABD Group. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling properties and assisting clients in their real estate needs. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Cold calling and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs
  • Show properties to prospective buyers and provide accurate information about the features, amenities, and pricing
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals with buyers and sellers
  • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals
  • Maintain a database of clients and follow up on leads and inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Stay updated on the real estate market trends and prices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for property promotion
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
