Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at ABD Group. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to potential buyers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for real estate.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with real estate CRM software
  • Valid real estate license


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide information and guidance to clients on the property market trends, prices, financing options, etc.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings for interested buyers
  • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring a smooth transaction process
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective promotional strategies
  • Attend industry events and actively seek new leads and opportunities
  • Keep up-to-date with the real estate market and industry trends
