Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the digital experience space.

In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and experience working with AEM implementations.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with digital marketing, content management, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM are desirable.
