Job Overview

Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Surat, Gujarat, India. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling our insulation solutions to clients in various industries. This is a full-time position in a rapidly growing company with a strong presence in the insulation sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insulation, construction, building materials OR HVAC
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to travel as required
• Proficiency in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors
• Present and demonstrate our insulation solutions to clients
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored insulation solutions
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide excellent customer service and support
