Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling our innovative insulation solutions to clients in the Hyderabad, Telangana area. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the building materials, HVAC, MEP or construction sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Experience with insulation solutions or related products is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate prospects about the features and benefits of our insulation & MEP solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and product enhancements
