Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and handling inbound inquiries. The role includes promoting products/services, resolving customer queries, achieving call targets, and updating customer information accurately in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other channels
- Qualify leads and determine customer needs and interests
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in telesales or a related field
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
