Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and support day-to-day sales operations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain sales data and update CRM or sales records regularly.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and service teams for smooth order processing.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Assist in preparing monthly and weekly sales reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales and customer records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in sales coordination or sales support role.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred:

• Experience in medical devices / healthcare industry is an added advantage.
