Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales reports.
• Process customer orders and monitor order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for sales representatives.
