Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Pharma Sales Engineer to promote and sell pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and provide suitable product solutions while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to clients.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in pharma or healthcare sales.
• Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
