- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the packages during transit.
- Verify recipient details and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments, if applicable, and submit them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team for route updates and delivery status.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
