Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join as a Lead Application &
Admin Specialist. This role involves managing customer leads efficiently, coordinating
with the sales team for timely follow-ups, and supporting administrative and logistics
operations to ensure smooth business functioning in the Karnataka region.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers received through hot leads and manage their queries
professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with Sales Engineers to ensure timely
lead follow-up.
• Share customer details, requirements, and meeting feedback with the sales
team.
• Monitor the progress of leads from initial contact to closure, maintaining daily
updates.
• Support administrative functions including logistics coordination,
documentation, and vendor follow-ups.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in day-to-day office operations.
• Handle travel arrangements, material dispatch tracking, and expense
coordination.
• Work under defined monthly or quarterly targets for performance accountability.
Skills and Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Administration).
• 1–3 years of experience in lead management, inside sales, or administrative
roles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

• Achieve defined lead conversion and administrative support goals.
• Ensure efficient coordination between sales and administrative teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and data entries.
