Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corrugated Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining corrugated machinery, ensuring high-quality production, and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation: Operate and maintain corrugated machinery, including single-facer, double-backer, and folder-gluer.

- Quality Control: Monitor product quality, identify defects, and make adjustments as needed.

- Production Planning: Plan and prioritize production to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot machine issues, perform routine maintenance, and report to supervisors as needed.

- Safety: Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in corrugated machine operation or a related field.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Skills:

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality production standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret production schedules and specifications.

- Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds or more, depending on the specific role.
