Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the hiring needs for roles such as delivery executives, drivers, warehouse staff, machine operators, and other blue-collar positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
