The administrative executive is responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to the executive in a professional and timely manner. The administrative executive works one-to-one with the executive on a wide variety of matters.
The person responsible should have great organisational skills- professional dealing with clients, vendors and team. Scheduling, budgeting, coordination, filing etc and shall be responsible for all administrative matters of the Company. Must have adequate experience in vendor management, facility management, infrastructure management and also liasoning with Government bodies (Electricity board, police stations, KMC etc).

Roles:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Calendar management and associated tasks, booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs & scheduling meetings, etc
- Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s)
- Schedules and organizes complex calendar activities such as meetings, agendas,luncheon arrangements, travel plans and department activities
- Schedule and implement organization’s staff meetings, events and off sites
- Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies
